Registration is OPEN! The early-bird/current registration price is available only through midnight April 30th 2020 before a price increase during final week.

Contact hours through MAPHN will be awarded for attending this program following completion of your evaluation online.

For those attending the evening program and/or conference and requiring hotel accommodations, Southbridge Hotel and Conference Center is offering a limited number of guest rooms (single/double) at a discounted rate with the MAPHN room block. you can call 508-765-8000 and tell them it is the MAPHN block of rooms. That block is only good while the rooms are available and/or April 12th.
