The Greater Boroughs Partnership for Health, through the Town of Northborough, is seeking candidates for the full-time position of Regional Public Health Nurse to work under the direction of the Health & Human Services Director, and to implement and coordinate public health nursing services across the region, including disease surveillance, health education, wellness programming, and active participation in public health initiatives. The Greater Boroughs Partnership for Health is a collaboration among the towns of Northborough, Southborough, Westborough, and Boylston to provide professional public health services and programs for the member communities. The Public Health Nurse will be an employee of the Town of Northborough but will provide epidemiological services to all four communities. This position is funded through a grant from the State Department of Public Health. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and Registered Nurse (RN) license is required. A minimum of two years of experience in public or community health nursing, demonstrating strong skills in disease surveillance, health education, and public health programming is preferred. Candidates must have a comprehensive understanding of public health principles, communicable disease management, and health education strategies.
