This is a Two-Day Conference being held at the Marriott Springfield Downtown. You can book your room for the discounted rate of $128 per night. Parking Directions: Conveniently attached to the hotel, Tower Square Parking Garage (max height of 6’4”) has entrances on both Bridge Street and East Columbus (1758 E Columbus Ave Springfield, MA 01103). Upon entering from either street there will be a ticket booth at the A Level in the garage, take your ticket and proceed up to C Level. You may park near the Marriott Hotel Entrance with stairs and ramp. After entering that set of doors, please take the elevator up to the 6th Floor and walk to the hallway on your left. The conference on Wednesday, 5/13 is being held in Springfield Ballroom, the first room on your left. On Thursday, 5/14 the conference will be held down the hall on the 6th Floor in our Grand Ballroom. You will be provided a parking voucher with a QR code on it. This voucher will be used as your payment for parking after the event. Upon leaving the event and exiting the parking garage, please use lanes 1 and 2. You will insert your ticket (received when you arrived to the garage upon entry) at the ticket booth and when prompted for payment, scan the QR code on the voucher and your amount due will zero out. The gate will open and you can drive out. Exiting the parking garage has two exits, East Columbus and Boland Way. Boland Way is a right turn only and East Columbus will have you exiting on the street directly. Also, if people want to avoid the parking garage traffic after the conference and voucher situation, they can always park at MGM Casino- free of charge! It is a 7 min walk, 0.3 miles.
