  • Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the Public Health Division, and Public Health Programs for all City residents as defined by the City of Lowell. Responsibilities include nursing and program management services, collaborations, health education, community health planning and professional practice.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • BSN required, MSN preferred, 3 years public health, 1 year management desired
