The City of Framingham is looking for per diem nurses to deliver proactive, community-focused nursing services to help prevent illness and promote the health and well-being of Framingham residents. Provides population-based public health care, including immunizations for all ages, disease prevention, health screenings, education, case management, and infectious disease control. Collaborates with schools, businesses, and local organizations to assess health needs and deliver targeted programs that improve community health outcomes.

• Supports public health nursing clinic services including immunizations, TB risk evaluations, blood lead testing, health screenings, and seasonal health program services.
• Conducts infectious disease case management including home visits.
• Provides and supports mobile health services.

• Current license as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
• Two years public health nursing experience preferably within the last five years.
• Valid Massachusetts driver’s license and access to automobile.
• Positive results of a MA CORI/SORI background check
